Interpret Commissioner Requirements (ICR)

ICR begins with a full review of all PQQ / ITT documentation and from here we will support you to interpret the requirements of the buyer.

Through a range of conference calls and via PQQ / ITT document review, we will help you translate requirements and guide you on how to respond to these in the most innovative and creative manner.

The ICR service is a facilitative role and does not include any production or writing of the bid and is usually a service that is commissioned at the outset of the receiving the PQQ / ITT documents.

You can supplement the ICR service with additional support s any time should you wish to do so further along the process, for example through our Evaluation or Bid Production support.
